Founded in 1978, we aim to empower women and reduce inequality by providing support and guidance in a safe and non-judgemental environment. We offer counselling, mental health and domestic violence support, advice services (including legal and debt/housing advice), courses/workshops and social and creative activities. All of our services are confidential and open to all women regardless of situation or background. We are a registered charity (1135743).
